Ingredients for a "Brandy Ice"

• Brandy
• White Creme De Cacao
• Ice
• Vanilla Ice Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
• 1/2 Cup Ice
• 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Blend ingredients in a bar blender until smooth
• Serve in a snifter and garnish with shaved chocolate
