Ingredients for a "Brandy Highball"

• Brandy
• Carbonated Water
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Brandy
• Carbonated Water
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Pour brandy into a highball glass over ice cubes
• Fill with carbonated water, add the twist of lemon peel, stir gently, and serve
