Ingredients for a "Brandy Collins"

• Lemon
• Brandy
• Powdered Sugar
• Orange
• Carbonated Water
• Cherry

Quantities for one drink:

• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Slice Orange
• Carbonated Water
• 1 Cherry

Blending Instructions:

• Shake juice of lemon, brandy, and powdered sugar with cracked ice and strain into a collins glass
• Add ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir
• Garnish with a slice of orange and top with a cherry
• Serve with a straw
