Ingredients for a "Brandy Cassis"

• Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Creme De Cassis

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Dash Creme de Cassis

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the brandy, lemon juice and creme de cassis into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice
• Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve
