Ingredients for a "Brandied Madeira"

• Brandy
• Dry Vermouth
• Madeira
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 oz Madeira
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with cracked ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes
• Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
