Ingredients for a "Brandied Egg Sour"

• Egg
• Brandy
• Triple Sec
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Egg
• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, crack the egg and add the rest of the ingredients
• Shake well
• Strain into a cocktail glass
