Ingredients for a "Bramble"

• Gin
• Lime Juice
• Simple Syrup
• Creme De Mure

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 3/4 oz Creme de Mure

Blending Instructions:

• Shake the gin, lime juice and syrup well with ice, and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice
• Dribble the creme de mure down through the ice, and garnish with a lime wheel and raspberries
