• Grand Marnier® Orange Liqueur
• Dry Vermouth

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Grand Marnier® Orange Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

Blending Instructions:

• Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve
