Ingredients for a "Boston Freeze"

• Dark Rum
• Cranberry Juice
• Coconut Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/4 oz Dark Rum
• 3 oz Cranberry Juice
• 1 oz Coconut Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Pour dark rum, cranberry juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker with one cup of crushed ice
• Shake well, until smooth
• Pour all contents of the shaker into a wine glass
• Garnish with 3 cranberries on a toothpick or a maraschino cherry, and serve
