Ingredients for a "Boston Cooler"

• White Rum
• Lemon Juice
• Powdered Sugar
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz White Rum
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 3 - 4 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Stir lemon juice, sugar and 2 oz of club soda together in a collins glass
• Fill the glass with cracked ice
• Add rum
• Top with club soda, and stir
• Garnish with a spiral of orange or lemon peel, and serve
