Ingredients for a "Blue Passion"

• Spiced Rum
• Blue Curacao Liqueur
• Sweet
• Sour Mix

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Spiced Rum
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
• 5 oz Sweet And Sour Mix

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the spiced rum, blue curacao and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a collins glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes
• Garnish with a pineapple flag, and serve
