Ingredients for a "Blue Canary"

• Gin
• Grapefruit Juice
• Blue Curacao Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Gin
• 3 tbsp Grapefruit Juice
• 1 tbsp Blue Curacao Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin, grapefruit juice and blue curacao into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Stir well
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass filled with crushed ice
• Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve
