Ingredients for a "Blue Angel"

• Brandy
• Blue Curacao Liqueur
• Vanilla Liqueur
• Half-and-half
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Half-and-half
• 1 Dash Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the brandy, blue curacao, vanilla liqueur, half-and-half and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve
