Ingredients for a "Blowhole"

• Apple Brandy
• Club Soda
• Lemon Juice
• Egg
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Apple Brandy
• 3 oz Club Soda
• 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Measure a highball glass full of ice into a cocktail shaker
• Add all ingredients except carbonated water
• Shake and pour back into glass
• Add carbonated water and stir
