Ingredients for a "Blastula"

• Triple Sec
• Scotch Whisky
• Cream
• Sugar
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 1/2 oz Scotch Whisky
• 1 oz Cream
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk

Blending Instructions:

• Stir ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Strain into a champagne flute
