Ingredients for a "Blackpool Tower"

• Bailey's® Irish Cream
• Apricot Brandy
• Gin

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream
• 3/4 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 tsp Gin

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Bailey's irish cream, apricot brandy and gin into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
