Ingredients for a "Black Stripe"

• Dark Rum
• Molasses
• Water
• Cinnamon

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Dark Rum
• 2 tsp Molasses
• 4 oz Boiling Water
• 1 Cinnamon Stick

Blending Instructions:

• Dissolve the molasses in a mug with some boiling water
• Add the cinnamon, a lemon twist and the remaining water
• Float rum on top and ignite
• Let the flame burn for a few seconds then stir to extinguish it and sprinkle some nutmeg on top to garnish
