Ingredients for a "Black Dog"

• Light Rum
• Dry Vermouth

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the light rum and vermouth into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice
• Stir well
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with a black pitted olive, and serve
