Ingredients for a "Bitter Sweet"

• Rosso Vermouth
• Dry Vermouth
• Orange Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Rosso Vermouth
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 2 - 3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Stir in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, add a twist of orange, and serve
