Ingredients for a "Billy Hamilton"

• Brandy
• Orange Curacao Liqueur
• Creme De Cacao
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Orange Curacao Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
• 1 Egg White

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the brandy, orange curacao and creme de cacao into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
