Ingredients for a "Benka on the Rocks"

• Whiskey
• Lemon Juice
• Ginger Ale

Quantities for one drink:

• 4 oz Whiskey
• 2 oz Lemon Juice
• 10 oz Chilled Ginger Ale

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the whiskey and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a collins glass
• Fill with chilled ginger ale, and serve
