Ingredients for a "Bellevue"

• White Rum
• Pineapple Juice
• Coconut Cream
• Lime Juice
• Limes

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz White Rum
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 3/4 oz Coconut Cream
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• Juice of 1/4 Limes

Blending Instructions:

• Shake over ice cubes in a shaker
• Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, and serve
