Ingredients for a "Belle of Ellis Island"

• Dry Vermouth
• Brandy
• Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
• Superfine Sugar
• Orange Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1 tsp Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
• 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the vermouth, brandy, Cointreau, sugar and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake and strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve
