Ingredients for a "Bay Horse"

• Blended Whiskey
• Pernod® Licorice Liqueur
• Dark Creme De Cacao
• Heavy Cream
• Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Pernod® Licorice Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• 1/4 tsp Grated Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the whiskey, Pernod, creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Garnish with nutmeg, and serve
