Ingredients for a "Balearic Coffee"

• Frigola® Herbal Liqueur
• Coffee
• Whipped Cream
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Frigola® Herbal Liqueur
• 5 oz Hot Black Coffee
• 1 1/2 oz Whipped Cream
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Add coffee and liquor to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste
• Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with nutmeg
