Ingredients for a "Baileys Irish Cream"
Quantities for one drink:
- 400 g can sweetened condensed milk
- 12.68 oz can Carnation® creamy evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups Scotch whisky
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp glycerine
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp boiling water
Blending Instructions:
- Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, Scotch whiskey, vanilla essence and glycerine to a saucepan
- Stir well
- Dissolve coffee in boiling water
- Mix in
- Chill
- Add cream if desired
