Ingredients for a "Bahamian Goombay Smash"

• Coconut Rum
• Dark Rum
• Triple Sec
• Lemon Juice
• Pineapple Juice
• Sugar Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Coconut Rum
• 1 1/4 oz Dark Rum
• 1/4 oz Triple Sec
• 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 3 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 Dash Sugar Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Shake well
• Serve in Hurricane glass w/cracked ice, a cherry and a sliced lemon on top of glass
