Ingredients for a "Avation"

• Plymouth Gin
• Lemon Juice
• Maraschino Liqueur
• Syrup De Gomme

Quantities for one drink:

• 1.69 oz Plymouth Gin
• 1.18 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.51 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 Dash Tsp Syrup De Gomme

Blending Instructions:

• Technique: Fill mixing glass with ice
• Add the Plymouth Gin, lemon juice (freshly squeezed), maraschino liqueur and dash of syrup de gomme
• Shake well
• Strain into a martini glass
• Add lemon zest garnish
