Ingredients for a "Aruba Cocktail"

• Gin
• White Curacao Liqueur
• Egg
• Lemon Juice
• Orgeat Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz White Curacao Liqueur
• 1/2 Egg White
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Orgeat Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin, white curacao, egg white, lemon juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
• Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve
