Ingredients for a "Aruba Cocktail"
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz White Curacao Liqueur
- 1/2 Egg White
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Orgeat Syrup
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the gin, white curacao, egg white, lemon juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
- Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve
