Apricot SourAlcoholic

Ingredients for a "Apricot Sour"

• Apricot Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Superfine Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz apricot brandy
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve
