Ingredients for a "Apricot Lady"

• Light Rum
• Apricot Brandy
• Triple Sec
• Lemon Juice
• Egg White
• Orange

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 tsp Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 1 Orange Slice

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, apricot brandy, triple sec, lemon juice, and egg white
• Shake well
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Garnish with the orange slice
