Apricot FizzAlcoholic

Ingredients for a "Apricot Fizz"

• Apricot Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Superfine Sugar
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 1/2 oz apricot brandy
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 4 oz club soda

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Add the club soda, stir well, and serve
