Ingredients for a "Apricot Anise Collins"
Quantities for one drink:
- 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 1/2 tsp Anisette
- 1 Tblsp Lemon Juice
- Carbonated Water
- 1 Slice Lemon
Blending Instructions:
- Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
- Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly
- Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve
