Ingredients for a "Apricot Anise Collins"

• Apricot Brandy
• Gin
• Anisette
• Lemon Juice
• Carbonated Water
• Lemon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 1/2 tsp Anisette
• 1 Tblsp Lemon Juice
• Carbonated Water
• 1 Slice Lemon

Blending Instructions:

• Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
• Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly
• Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve
