Ingredients for a "Apple Rum Rickey"

• Light Rum
• Applejack
• Lime
• Carbonated Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Light Rum
• 3/4 oz Applejack
• 1/4 Lime
• Carbonated Water

Blending Instructions:

• Pour applejack and rum into a highball glass over ice cubes
• Fill with carbonated water
• Squeeze lime and drop in glass
• Stir and serve
