Ingredients for a "Apple River"

• Brandy
• Brown Creme De Cacao
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Crushed Ice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz brandy
• 1 oz brown creme de cacao
• 1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup crushed ice

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the brandy, creme de cacao, ice cream and crushed ice in a blender
• Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass
• Garnish with half an apple ring, and serve
