Ingredients for a "Apple Fizz"

• Apple Brandy
• Apple Juice
• Lime Juice
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Apple Brandy
• 4 oz Apple Juice
• 1/2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the apple brandy, apple juice and lime juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Stir well
• Top with soda water, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve
