Ingredients for a "Apple Core"

• Apple Brandy
• Rum
• Apple Schnapps
• Club Soda
• Lime Juice
• Lemon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Apple Brandy
• 1 1/2 oz Rum
• 1/2 oz Apple Schnapps
• 2 oz Club Soda
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 Lemon Wedge

Blending Instructions:

• Combine everything except soda in a shaker full of ice
• Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
• Add soda and lemon wedge for garnish
