Ingredients for a "Apple Brandy Highball"

• Apple Brandy
• Carbonated Water
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Apple Brandy
• Carbonated Water
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Pour apple brandy over ice cubes in a highball glass
• Fill with carbonated water and stir
• Add a twist of lemon peel on top and serve
• (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred
