Ingredients for a "Apple Brandy Cooler"

• Brandy
• Light Rum
• Dark Rum
• Apple Juice
• Lime Juice
• Sugar Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 4 oz Apple Juice
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker
• Pour into a chilled collins glass
• Float the dark rum on top
• Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve
