Apple BlowAlcoholic

Ingredients for a "Apple Blow"

• Applejack® Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Egg
• Powdered Sugar
• Apple Juice
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Applejack® Brandy
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 oz Apple Juice
• 6 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the brandy, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and apple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well
• Strain over a few ice cubes in a collins glass
• Add club soda, and serve
