Ingredients for a "Americana"

• Tennessee Whiskey
• Sugar
• Bitters
• Champagne
• Peach

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/4 oz Tennessee Whiskey
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1 Dash Bitters
• Chilled Champagne
• 1 Slice Peach

Blending Instructions:

• Stir the whiskey, the bitters and the sugar in a collins glass until the sugar is dissolved
• Fill up with champagne and garnish with a slice of peach
