Ingredients for a "American Flyer"

• Light Rum
• Lime Juice
• Sugar Syrup
• Champagne

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1 tbsp Lime Juice
• 1/2 tsp Sugar Syrup
• Fill With Champagne

Blending Instructions:

• Shake the rum, the juice and the syrup with cracked ice
• Strain into a chilled white wine glass and fill with sparkling wine
