Ingredients for a "Alfonso"

• Dubonnet® French Vermouth
• Angostura® Bitters
• Sugar
• Champagne

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Dubonnet® French Vermouth
• 2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Champagne

Blending Instructions:

• In a wine glass, add the bitters to the sugar
• Then add the dubonnet and a tsp
• of ice
• Fill the glass with champagne, stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel
