Ingredients for a "Albemarle Fizz"

• Lemons
• Powdered Sugar
• Gin
• Raspberry Syrup
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• Juice of 1/2 Lemons
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 2 oz Gin
• 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
• Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes
• Fill with club soda
