Ingredients for a "Absinthe Flip"

• Absinthe
• Cointreau
• Lemon Juice
• Egg
• Sugar
• Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Absinthe (deva)
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

• Shake ingredients well with ice
• Strain into a prechilled Delmonico glass
• Sprinkle nutmeg on top
