• Beefeater 24 Gin
• fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice
• Benedictine
• Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Egg White

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Oz Beefeater 24 Gin
• 1 Oz Fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Oz Benedictine
• 1/2 Oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Egg White

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled glass
• Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry
