Ingredients for a Love in the Afternoon

• Dark Rum
• Strawberry Liqueur
• Orange Juice
• Coconut Cream
• Sugar Syrup
• Whipping Cream
• Strawberries

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 1/2 oz Strawberry Liqueur
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 3/4 oz Coconut Cream
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
• 3 - 4 Strawberries

Blending Instructions:

• Blend ingredients in a pina colada glass until smooth
• Add half a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly
• Garnish with a strawberry, add straws, and serve
