Ingredients for a Lover's Cocktail

• Sloe Gin
• Egg
• Lemon Juice
• Raspberry Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Sloe Gin
• 1 Egg White
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Raspberry Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the sloe gin, egg white, lemon juice and raspberry juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
