Ingredients for a Malmaison

  • White Rum
  • Cream Sherry
  • Lemon Juice
  • Anisette

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 oz White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Cream Sherry
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Anisette

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the white rum, cream sherry and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  • Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with anisette, and serve
