Ingredients for a Maui Fizz

• Light Rum
• Sugar
• Pineapple
• Egg
• Crushed Ice
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Light Rum
• 1 Sugar
• 1/2 Slice Pineapple
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 Scoop Crushed Ice
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well
• Pour into a highball glass, and serve
